• Your order number and SKU product number.

• For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, attach a clear photo or video showing the problem.
Our Solutions
1. Amolen's Responsibility
If we are responsible for the issue (e.g., shipping the wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will arrange:
• A return to our warehouse for a full refund.
• A replacement sent to you free of charge.
2. Customer’s Responsibility
• Incorrect Item Ordered
If the incorrect product was ordered, customers may return the item for an exchange or refund.
• For exchanges, customers cover shipping fees both ways.
• For refunds, only the product price is refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable.
For U.S. customers: A prepaid return label can be provided. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund.
• Unwanted Item
If you no longer want the item or wish to exchange it for another, notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. A partial refund of the product price will be issued after the return.
Compensation Time-Frame
Once we receive the returned item(s), we require 3-6 business days to process the solution. Refund time-frames vary by payment method:
• PayPal refunds: Processed within 48 hours.
• Credit card refunds: Processed within 7-14 business days.
